They need to cut the time down on cooking. Our pizza was a bit overdone.
Very disappointing compared to what Pizza Hut used to be. We have watched this store go way down in customer service over the... past several years. The only reasonably good way to experience the Ottawa Pizza Hut is to order carryout. We don't feel it isthe employees fault, but rather the management that is hindering them from giving quality food or service. Read more

Make sure the order given is the correct order to that customer. I made a specialized pizza on the online order and all I got... was a plain cheese pizza When I arrived home. This order was almost 60 dollars and to only get a regular cheese was veryupsetting. Read more
Pizza lacking in toppings, meat looked burnt. Phone ringing off the hook and no one answering. I was ready to reach over the... counter to answer it. One person working window and people working in kitchen. Manager was not there. Supposed to have beendoing a delivery. Should have said no deliveries and staffed front desk. I tried probably ten times to submit my order, and received an address error to try again later. We were driving through town... and decided to give up and head home. I never saw a confirmation or email until I got home ( after stopping for dinner somewhereelse.) Then I see a confirmation email that came in at 8pm. I was trying to put the oder in an hour earlier.
