Service has just been horrible. Taking forever to be served then breakfast burritos were microwaved too long and tough to eat.
Seriously the WORST Sonic I've ever been to. Everytime I've gone they've taken 30-45 min FOR DRINKS! And they always mess up our... orders. The manager completely blew me off when I told him I had when it was empty, watched a bunch of cars come after Iordered, and watched all the cars leave 10 minutes before my drinks were brought out. And it's EVERY.TIME. I dread when any ofmy family members and friends drag me there for happy hour drinks or after an already long day's work. I will always highlyrecommend NEVER going to this particular Sonic. And I am not a Karen so don't go there. Read more
Waited for over 30 min for a small order of mozzarella sticks and a drink. Nobody ever responded when we pushed the button to... check on the order. We had already paid, but decided to leave because nobody ever responded. Read more
Waited 40min for two drinks and a sundae, paid in advance or I would've left. Had to end up going through the drive thru to... actually talk to someone and get my small order. Read more
Who runs this place? Anyone? I have to come here often for work and they're the slowest. Usually if I go inside to get my orders... they have it sitting on the counter waiting to be taken out. Somehow they always manage to go around my order. Now I'm here as acustomer and I've waited 15 minutes for a single drink. PLEASE FIND NEW MANAGEMENT. Read more
There was only 3 other cars at sonic, got me food, checked the order, it was wrong, had to wait for them to answer the speaker,... waited for them to correct the order all awhile my food other part of my order was getting old. Explain to car hop that now Iget to get cold food and she told me I should have eaten at home!! Could not believe she said that!! Poor customer service!!! Read more
It's fast food. Not like I was looking for a fine dining experience. The food was good.
