Had good service and food Nice place to eat could use a little more cleaning
We ordered 2 sausage and cheese mcmuffins and 1 bacon, egg and cheese mcmuffin. Also 3 hash brown wedges. All was correct except... the bacon, egg and cheese mcmuffin. There was no egg and one piece of bacon torn in half! Couldn't go back to get it madecorrectly so my breakfast was horrible! Thanks Macdonalds for not caring! Read more
Go through the drive thru, tell them we have 2 orders, first order was 3 double cheeseburgers 2 of them plain a small fry and a... frappe, didn't ring up the 3rd double cheeseburger, when we get to the window we have to explain for at least 3 minutes thatthey didn't add the double cheeseburger then put a single cheeseburger on the order, and after that the old lady at the windowdecides to lecture us about telling her we have 2 orders and that she needs to move the line while holding us there stopping theline saying next time we need to tell her, we are out of state visitors and just expect our food to be right. Went here two days in a row due to visiting family locally. First visit was great with friendly staff at the drive thru. The... next day, the guy at the window popped an attitude when I dared to asked for condiments for my wife's coffee. Food was good andthe drive thru line went fairly quick. Read more
We went in the drive thru at 2:09 pm today for 2 strawberry & creme pies. We were in a rush as we had a time crunch due to... needing to head to work. Ordering was easy, receiving the pies was easy. However by the time we went down the road and went togo and take a bite we noticed? This are apple pies. Not strawberry and creme. We cannot correct this mistake because we do nothave the time. Drive thru is supposed to be quick for a reason! Its fast food! Imagine if someone has an apple allergy, likecome on? I?m mainly baffled that we got it incorrect when it?s literally only 2 pies.. My buddy and I ordered at the kiosk. When he got his food the curly haired Karen at the register said he couldn?t have the extra... sauces he ordered, even tho he ordered them and paid for them?. She said, ? you only need one sauce for a 6 pc. Nugget. He said,? I want to put the others on my sandwiches and she said, ?no they?re for nuggets only??? what in the actual ?.
