I am not usually someone to post stuff complaining about restaurants because I know how things work, I put many years in the... kitchen. Mistakes happen but today was uncalled for. They are planning on building a bigger one here and I get served a shellwith mold on it ???????????? Come on Taco Bell you can do better then this...how did you miss it...you had to put all the stuffon that side anyways!!! They are never open says they are open at 11 pulled up nope sorry for the inconvenience we won?t be opening until 12:30 today.... Another time went at 5:30 they closed at 5 even tho it says they are open until 7. Not sure how they plan on keeping open alarger Taco Bell they plan on building soon when they can?t even keep a gas station one running. Don?t waste your time drivingup you?ll be disappointed. This store was very busy tonight ,they were short staffed but people in line was very patient with the staff ,line out to the... road ,we waited for about 25 mins to order and then about 5mins to get our food. One person took money and orders,the staff thatgave us our food thanked us for being so patient with them ,and that they were short staffed tonight and also said that she gaveus some free coupons for being patient, I feel the staff working should be recognized for all the hard work they did tonight ,weare sitting in parking lot eating and they are still busy to the road,the food was excellent . I tried to order on the app, however an error popped up when I clicked the complete order button. It appeared my order wasn?t... placed but I received a text that my account was charged for the amount of my order. I went to pick up my order and there was noorder, however when I showed the employees that my account was charged, they had me show them what was in my cart in the app andthey made it right. I don?t have high expectations when I get fast food these days, these employees went above and beyond tomake it right! Read more
