Ordered a Tropi Kale smoothie with extra banana and mango which I paid extra for ( not the issue). I was given a smoothie that... tastes like kale blended in water. I used to be an assistant manager at booster juice and made hundreds of tropi kales. Theyclearly didn?t use pineapple juice or apple juice for the base?just water?and as for the other ingredients and extra that I paidfor they are clearly barely there. I?m incredibly disappointed and they were also very slow. There were 2 people in front of mewho got their smoothies and 2 people after me who got theirs before me. Just awful. There?s a recipe list for a reason. It?s anincredibly easy job and each smoothie is very simple to make. I?m surprised this location has lasted. Got two smoothies today. First first one she didn?t put yogurt or the whey in. It was banana, chocolate almond milk and ice. The... second one was also missing the yogurt, whey and banana. It was milk and ice. I really wish I was making this up. I had to goback to work so I couldn?t go back. Won?t bother coming back in either. Read more
The staff at this location are so incredibly slow. Three people working behind the counter and it took a full 11 minutes to get... a smoothie with only 1 person ahead of me. They had plenty of time to stop and talk to the boy from the cell phone store acrossthe hall though. They were also completely out of lids. Read more
One particular staff at this location is always rude especially to visible minorities. The straw that broke the camel's back was... her offering my smoothie to 2 other customers while I stood by, they both rejected it and she waited another 5 minutes beforehanding me my smoothie. When I complained, instead of apologizing, she rolled her eyes at me. Complained to the manager, nothingwas done. Very unprofessional behaviour for smoothie that isn't cheap. Great tasting juice. Nothing different from the other places but they good stuff.
Is got a banango burst. Did not have the correct measurements and got at least a 1/2 cup of ice in it Didn't have any flavor and... when I asked the girl Because I was watching her prepare it I said that does not have the correct measurements and she said yesit does I know that it didn't. poor service and don't like to be lied to my face.
