Alcoholic panhandler sits out front and verbally assaults and follows passers by ranting every morning. Brought it to the... attention of staff, they did nothing. Every woman who works in the area avoids this location specifically for that reason. Iknow they were losing at least 400$ a month in revenue from the people I work with alone. Avoid this location in the morninghours. Read more

Great coffee shop and one of my favourite Bridgehead locations. Very cozy and theres always great music playing. The staff are... happy and cheerful. My go-to here is just a traditional latte: they really nail it. Read more

Coffee still good but the descent over the past few years to a Starbucks wannabe is truly unfortunate. The design of new stores... to be as much as minimally comfortable as possible while the corporate homogeneity of staff 'training' harkens back to theSeattle behemoth. Still worth a visit occasionally but nothing like it was 5+ years ago. Thank goodness some new independentcoffee shops are taking up the slack :) Read more
