I had to write a review because today I went in to this location and honestly I was having a bad morning as a result of... overworked doctors. When I went in, the staff here (one guy whose name I wish I had), was so so so exceptionally kind to me.They had ran out of both roasts for drip coffee and he offered an alternative but I decided to wait (which was literally 2minutes) and he gave me one size bigger for the coffee. I waited 25 minutes for a hot chocolate cup and then I went to ask about it that wasn't prepared and then I came back to pick it... up. I would recommend not trying hot chocolate.. Oooh I forgot my husband was more Luck than me.He's got a great design in amatcha cup of tea. Read more
Very cozy local chain restaurant! Coffee is great and not pricy at all. They give discounts when you bring your own thermos! I... had the lactose free latte, and a ginger cookie! I love good coffee and local establishments. Bridgehead is native to Ottawa and exponentially better than the donut franchise in... this country when it comes to coffee. After all it's not the wifi I go to the coffee shop for. Is it? Lots of working space,quiet and good friendly service. Read more
