I would give zero stars if possible - went here fifteen minutes before close on a Saturday night for a quick bite. Lights were... on and two customers and an employee were inside. Had numerous pies still available. Door was locked. Waited until employeeunlocked door to let one of his customers out - asked for a pie, said his cash was closed and refused me service. Never again. I had to spit out the hummus that?s how bad it tasted. The potatoes were not fresh and I was hoping the salad... (which looked good) would taste good at least and I could not eat it. I am not usually picky when it comes to food and I haveeaten from a lot of shawarma restaurants but this is the first time I threw the plate as I bought it. It was that bad. Ordered a shawarma plate and a chicken sandwich combo. The chicken tasted fresh but the platter was a little lacklustre. You... can?t tell from the pic but the plate came with potatoes and rice. The garlic sauce wasn?t strong at all. Shawarma palace isusually my go-to place but we wanted something closer to home so gave this place a try but I think the palace has set ourstandards pretty high. Read more
