Great place to relax and enjoy some nice bubble tea. I went for a Mango Tea with pearls and it was great and refreshing. Plenty... of seating space around - both, inside and outside. Great interiors. The staff was nice and friendly. The washrooms were neatand well maintained. The parking lot is shared between the businesses in the plaza, so plenty of space is available. Definitelyrecommended. I thought the Chatime in Chinatown was peak. But my buddy introduced me to this one yesterday, and oh my goodness. This may be... the greatest bubble tea location in the country. It isn?t even close. For one, the location is headlined by an amazingestablishment (being Chatime) that already beats out the competition from other big names. Second, the amazing scenery and decorin this location is unmatched. The patio outside ties the whole thing together- on a cool Friday night with the lights up all ofyour problems will go away on that patio once you sip that Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea. This spot makes me genuinely want to livein Merivale. Could potentially even be a Top 3 spot in all of Ottawa. I?m not even joking. Read more
I like having bubble tea here. The brown sugar pearl is my favourite. Haven?t tried other teas yet but I will!
Friendly service, great ambiance. I called before going there to ask if they have grapefruit in stock as I made the drive a day... earlier and they did not. The girl on the phone said they have it now. Unfortunately when I got my mango grapefruit tea, therewas no grapefruit in it. I asked the girl that if she forgot to put it in, but she said "this is not our regular grapefruit, weare using a different one while we wait for the shipment." Quite disappointing. Not the best bubble tea franchise, but not the worst either. Lots of milk and fruit tea options and most drinks are... customizable. I don?t like sugary tea so I got the hazelnut milk tea with 0% sugar. Surprisingly it was still SUPER sweet. Myfriend got regular sugar milk tea and mine tasted as sweet as his. Read more
The atmosphere of the store is quite nice however depending on the business of the store, service can understandably take a bit... longer. Oftentimes the tea is great, however I've had instances of my drink tasting off. I have not been to the store enough tolearn if the poor tasting tea was due to my poor order or not. Read more
