This honestly used to be one of my favourite places upuntil yesterday I ordered a hazelnut milk tea around 10pm. I got the drink... and it was room temperature keep in mind there is milk in it, I drank it and it was fine. Less than an hour later my stomachstarted feeling funny and I started throwing up all night long turns out the milk is spoiled. I am very disappointed and I don?tthink I will be coming there ever again. Read more
Very disappointed by the customer service at this location although the guy made mistake on the drink! And the drinks he made... for me and my friends yesterday were not so good. I am a Chatime Gold member and previous Elite member but I probably will notcome back to this location anymore:( Read more
Edited: I wish I could give another star for the response from Chatime below. They suggested a drink that would be better for... me, according to my description on Google. Great customer service! I only remembered to take a pic after I gulped down half mydrink. I got a 50% sugar brown pearl milk tea with foam, my kids got green milk tea and taro milk tea with pearls. The drink wasstill too sweet for me so I'm going to try 25% sugar next time. I loved the salty milk foam flavour too. We've been orderingbubble teas throughout the city lately as we've been testing out various delivery services. Chatime was the best overall so farbecause the other places either didn't have great flavor or the boba isn't cooked well. I especially like that we can controlthe sugar level of our drinks. Decent selection of teas. I like how sweet and flavoured the tapioca pearls are. The store is really clean and the tables are... spacious and ideal for studying. Toppings are extra but reasonably priced. There is an option for regular, which I like becauseI normally cannot finish a large. Good tea place! Read more
Great location that is much more convenient for most people than their Somerset location. Service was fast and friendly and... there?s a good selection of menu items. Seating is limited due to its small space. Decor feels warmer than the Somersetlocation, which makes this a cozier spot. Would highly recommend (especially since they have a grand opening promotion rightnow!) Read more
Great tasting teas with more flavor and a better selection of sizes than any nearby bubble tea spots. The location is small but... freshly renovated inside and looks stunning! We got Grass jelly roasted milk tea and taro smoothie and both were very flavorfuland not too sweet, the boba were nice and fresh and the grass jelly was awesome and definitely something you have to try out!
