Hello, I usually don?t post reviews. I?ve had a wonderful time at Cora?s over the years but during this visit with my... girlfriend, who?s from the US, I was slightly embarrassed & a little shocked. This was at the hunt club location. A waitress whostated she was new, she had dark hair, tattoos, was friendly but also unfortunately very unprofessional. We started with coffeebut then asked for a maple latte cup and a latte bowl. She told us she doesn?t know if they turned off the machine since it?snear closing time. She overheard me jokingly complaining to my girlfriend that they should turn it off at closing time, I alsojokingly mentioned they should turn it back on to my girlfriend. We arrived close to two, closing is at three. To be fair thatshould happen at closing, you shouldn?t diminish the customer?s experience until then. What if I arrived at 14:50, don?t youhave to serve me by law? With that said, the food was delicious. She served our food, we had no utensils which wasn?t a bigdeal, we waited a while and she apologized. I ordered the mountain of bananas for Adam and wanted a full waffle instead of thehalf. The new waitress gave me an earful about how it?s already discounted so she can?t give me a full waffle? Why can?t youjust charge me for the difference? So I had to buy a whole separate one. Again, was delicious and my girlfriend thought so too!However, when the bill came she felt it was necessary to go on a rant about how nobody ever listens to her about how it?s toomuch food and that if we wanted our drinks next time, to come before we close. I was willing to let it all slide but theaudacity to tell a paying customer that it?s our fault we didn?t come earlier is just beyond me. Didn?t think coming a littlebefore two was a big deal. Your staff need more customer service training. In the 15 minutes I sat there not once was I asked if my order was taken or if I... would like to start off with a coffee or juice. I was directed to a seat and the server ran off. Kept walking by not checking ifI was ready to order. I knew what I wanted as soon as the menu was handed to me and had a look at it. I?ve been to Cora?s oncebefore (different location) and wanted to see if this location was any better and once again disappointed. More food choicesacross the parking lot. Read more

Always a favorite breakfast place. Huge menu. Clean, modern, bright. Promptly seated. Sydney, our server was friendly and... attentive. Too many choices and all servings are huge. Prices fair. Free fudge at reception desk. Read more

I?ve been to this Hunt club location twice now. Great Restaurant, but what I observed this couple of times that I was there was,... lack of customer service and lack of hygiene. we had Michael as our server the last time we were there, and he was our serveragain today. Michael seems to be on his own serving quite a few people.until some of the servers came in at 9 am. Our serverMichael, Carry four plates at a time, 3 plates on one of his hand through his arm, and then one on the other hand, its good tosee that, but the down fall was that, my home fries was rubbing/ touching his shirt, just under his arm pit!???????? And Iwatched him carry plates delivering to other customers over and over again, ( with food rubbing his shirt off) and you canactually see the grease mark on his shirt, When my friend ask for another coffee, he just ignored him, I know he heard us,because he even turned his head towards us, 2 minutes later he came back for pot of rather ?warm? coffee. The restaurant needs abit of clean down, floor?s was lots of crumbs, server station was crowded, rugs, sanitizers, menus etc. Restaurant wasaccessible for Disable, with automatic door. We tried this location for the first time in Ottawa. Food was good. Really liked the fresh fruit that came with my meal. It was... quite busy when we went. They did check for vaccination proof and had hand sand everywhere which was good. Server was nice. Read more

Ordered breakfast for pickup. Since it?s Covid and there?s no indoor dining. The staff was very courteous and kind, both over... the phone and at pick up. Cashier was super grateful for our small tip! ???? I can definitely appreciate this, most serversdon?t even notice. I was pleasantly surprised about the presentation of the food even though they were in boxes. They still putin the checkered paper, and included pieces of fruit. The toast was buttered? with all the condiments, no corners were cut?small but very thoughtful touches. They made our morning! And to top it all, the food was very tasty. Everything tasted freshand properly cooked/done. The prices were also quite reasonable, especially given the service and care taken in handling thefood. We enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend eating here. I think we will visit again in person once placesopen up once more. Read more
