personally don?t know if it was an off day but the way the manger was talking to the staff was disgusting. he was a short kid... and was clearly verbally abusing the staff there with rude off handed comments. one of the girls there looked literally like shewas shaking. what kind of work place lets that happen it?s wrong. also the cakes look absolutely terrible i was looking for acake to pick up for a birthday and dear god i could have made a better one myself, it?s horrible especially when they cost somuch. The quality of the cakes has gone down astronomically i used to buy here all the time but never again after this becausethis cake was the best of the bunch put in the display. Read more

We got my birthday cake from this location on Saturday. Unfortunately it was disappointing because as you can see the Blizzard... later is about a half inch on the top. First time this has happened & I get a DQ cake every year. Read more

Overcharged, chicken strips SMALLER size than ever... Manager seems a bit overwhelmed as a cashier... kind of rude and did not... wannted to do refund. Loooong waiting times!!! We order from here pretty regularly - or I should say we have been - that probably ends today. Tonight - we not only received... the wrong flavour - they also sent a small - and we paid for a medium. It?s one thing to mess up the flavour- it happensoccasionally (really more than it should) - but to over charge and provide a lower size - and force the delivery service toprovide the rebate is pretty shady. It's my first time going there for burgers and the last time too. The burgers are pretty basic and pricey but the worst part is... when I saw the lady grabbing and holding the cup with her fingers inside the cup . Gross !! Read more

Place is good spot but with no one in front of us in line we were waiting about 10min to get our order taken. They did have 5... people ahead of us before taking 10min to give the order but the waiting in line was very long and would be nice if it wasquicker and the ice cream was a little more soft then usual. This place fulfills my Blizzard craving every time. Turtles is my fav. The staff here is friendly enough. There is a little... outdoor seating area without much shade, so it's a race against mother nature, who's licking your ice cream when you're notlooking, making it melt. Took a star off because they didn't have the umbrellas out at the tables when we visited. Not sure ifI've seen umbrellas used, but the tables have the requisite orifice. ???? Read more
