I've had several Pumpkin Pie blizzards this month. I wasn't near my usual DQ this time, so I bought one from this DQ on Bank. I... was served a barely-mixed Blizzard (see the nearly whole cookies and pie filing lumps in photo) and without any whipped cream. Iasked for the whipped cream, which the server reluctantly added. No cheesecake cubes in it! Disappointed angry! Dairy Queen you need to set same amount of quantity and quality in each outlets.... It's different everyone. I need to think thrice before visiting any other dairy queen apart from where we visit on a regularbasis! Read more

When you go in person, they can fix mistakes if they?re made. Been going to this place for some time whenever I craved a... Blizzard, and this time around, my girlfriend and I ordered it via Uber Eats. Food arrived, packaging not damaged, and wereceived a different item from what we wanted. We tried to call and see if anything could be done, but it sounded like it waspicked up and hung up. I tried calling back and it said User Busy. It stayed like this when I tried calling back a few moretimes over 5 minutes. Not too sure what was going on at that location, been definitely a sour experience. If you do considergetting ice cream here, I recommend to go in person. Read more

DOES NOT RESPECT ALLERGY REQUESTS. Went here last night with my girlfriend. We ordered 2 small blizzards, after waiting 20... minutes (and many other customers getting theirs before us) I noticed they were gone off of the queue screen. We asked and theyfinally made them, my gf informed them of her nut allergy (all they had to do was use a different collar for the blizzard) butthey still used the same collar which had been used for 30 other blizzards before. The place was also DISGUSTING, melted icecream everywhere, toppings all over the place. Why even bother having a sign that states to inform about allergies if youaren't even going to listen?? Burger tasted rotten. Immediately got sick after eating it. Fountain pop tasted moldy. No ice working. No toilet paper. Broken... high chair. Chicken strips were almost black like the oil was very dirty. Uninformed staff. Needs better management. Read more

It was horrible experience ever. My Oreo blizzard was really watery i can?t eat it. so I went back ask the gentleman who made it... for me to replaced it. He was told me it supposed like that???? I told him, I don?t know should I eat it or drink it? cause itsupposed call ice cream not ice water then he told me he can replace it for me but if the second one has same issues then hewon?t be do it again. I really don?t want wasting my time in this place so I told him I?m rush to go, please re-make right away. Then he was banged the cup which he is holding on the counter and without any apology, asked someone else to do it for me.I don?t know if he is the manger of this location or what, because his attitude was unacceptable at all. He doesn?t know what iscustomer service.. i will never ever go back to this place. Read more
