It is just awful. Very dirty outside, looks like no one ever tried to take care of all these garbage. I have used coupon for two... double cheese menu and got two super unpalatable burgers. The cutlet tasted like rubber with fat, which also stood out of therefrigerator for a couple of days Never ever will go here to eat fast food. Read more
Update: 3 years later, and a very disappointing experience this time :( This time I ordered a brownie Blizzard cake online for... pickup at the McArthur Avenue location. I clearly indicated in the notes what I would like to have written on the cake (a simplebirthday wish), and I asked that they include a small dog image. I even called the store to confirm the pickup time, and I wastold my cake would be ready on time. When I arrived on my birthday, the cake was totally plain, no "Happy birthday" written onit, and no dog image. The woman behind the counter told me I was out of luck on the dog image (no explanation given for why itwasn't possible, or why they had not called me), and she grudgingly wrote Happy Bithday on the cake in gel icing. The cake wasfor me, and my daughter had requested the dog image. The disappointment and negative service were very disappointing, and atotal contrast to the positive experience I had with a decorated ice cream cake I ordered there a few years ago (my old review,from that experience, is below this one). If the store doesn't think a requested image will work against the background of anordered cake for some reason, they should call the customer to explain and preferably offer a different solution, so that thecustomer is not surprised and disappointed when they arrive and find that they're not getting what they ordered. I am sodisappointed, and won't be ordering anyone's birthday cake at this location any more. My review from a few years ago, a muchbetter experience with different staff: I ordered my daughter's birthday cake from this location and the service exceeded myexpectations. I was at this location tonight and I ordered a small Oreo blizzard the lady on the intercom even repeated my order back to me. I... got up to the window and she said here is your small cookie dough blizzard. I politely said I wanted a small Oreo blizzard andshe said no you said a small cookie dough blizzard. I asked her if she could make me a small Oreo blizzard and she said that Iwould be charged twice because they can?t waste ice cream. I said firmly that I didn?t care that they couldn?t waste ice creamand that I?m not paying twice and that I would like a small Oreo blizzard. Both washrooms were extremely dirty, no air conditioning. Employees looked very hot and uncomfortable in the heat. Dirty tables... and windows. Outside is not taken care of. Food took forever. Will not go back. The health inspector needs to take a look! Read more
Always a bit pricey. This location has super tight parking, it's always noisy with machines inside, and it has a drive through... so it's quite warm in summer. Many staff makes for fast service. No proper wheelchair access, oddly enough. Doors have to beheld open and there is no room for that. And clean the outdoor garbages once in a while, that's really not acceptable in aneating area. Terrible customer service. I got the wrong item they would not return my money. They claimed I received it but I did not. They... charge extra for a blizzard cake but it barely had any toppings inside. I will not go back to this location. Read more
