My pizza had the wrong toppings and my husband had a long hair in his last piece of pizza. Literally disgusting.
Do you like waiting an hour and 15 minutes for your delivery order only for it to show up cold and missing half of what you... ordered? Then do I have the pizza place for you! They did send the driver right back with the now stone cold missing item. Ilove needing to use my oven to reheat delivery! For reference I could have walked the 4km and back in less time and ended upwith more food at probably a comparable temperature. Some business deserve to fail and close. Read more
Pre-ordered a pizza for 1745 delivery time. Time came and went. Called store at 1800 only to be kept on hold for ten minutes.... Was told the pizza was due to be delivered for 1800. That time had already been and passed! I confirmed the preorder anddelivery time. Then he told me the pizza hadn?t even left the store. ?We?re busy? is the only reason offered?and that the pizzawon?t be with us until an hour after booked time! I?m not impressed. Save your money and order elsewhere. Awful food and customer service. We ordered dipping sauces which were never delivered, when... we tried calling back, we were put on hold for over 10 minutes, we called back numerous times until they finally picked up andblamed it on them being busy and that they would give us a free dipping sauce next time, rather than right the situation orrefund our money. I suspect the positive reviews as fake reviews as there are numerous complaints about missing food upondelivery. Read more

I ordered pizza today at 7:45 I did not receive my delivery until 8:54. I decided to cancel my order but it showed that my pizza... was in the oven at 8:15. And still I did not receive my delivery until 9 o?clock. We always order pizza from this location andwe always picked it up but this is the first time that I got delivery. Pizza came in looking pretty shabby. The thin crust was soggy like a handkerchief, the toppings were cut weird and tasted... stale...the first time I thought it was just a bad day, but after two terrible pizzas, won't be ordering from this locationagain. Read more
