Tonight I ordered a pizza online. Left when it says it was ready. Arrive it's not ready, waited 15 min to find out my pizza was... dropped on the floor. Finally who I think was the manager offered me a free pizza. Worst part he was not even wearing a mask.Another employee had a mask under his chin. I get it, it sucks to wear a mask but you're working in the food industry. When Igot home, one pizza was super greasy. The other was not but both are under cooked. Ordered 5 large pizzas on Super Bowl Sunday. All five were burned and hardly any toppings on them. One wasn?t sliced and one... pizza literally had 8 olives on it as a topping. Honestly, great service. Came in on a Sunday morning and a young man named Patrick made me feel very welcome. He took my order... with ease and it was ready in under 15 minutes and it was made to perfection! We had a little chat while respecting socialdistancing rules. I happily gave him a 10$ tip which he wouldn?t accept as he was the only worker in the store at the time.Overall, great customer service and looking forward to coming back!
