So disappointed, this is a zero rating not a 1. Went last week and it was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. ... For starters it was a full 15 min until our server came. (The greeter was awesome though). I know the industry is strugglingright now and tried to be objective... but this was terrible. It was 52 min until we got drinks and another 30 for the food.Total experience was just over two hours until we finished the meal. There were only 4 to 5 tables at any time and I counted atleast 3 servers plus the manager. One of these servers did not even appear to have a table as she just kept cleaning andre-cleaning tables rather than help our inept server. When we asked for salads (all people had meals that included salad), shebrought two personal sized salads in two big red bowls (for four people). Then we ask for two more bowls... She brought emptyred bowls... No salad. My daughter's cotton candy drink, instead of putting the cotton candy on top of the drink the serverunceremoniously handed her a small baggie with a very small amount of moist cotton candy in it. When supper did arrive two mealsarrived then the other two arrived 10 min later so I guess we never ate "together". Our drinks were never replenished... Thenyou have the grated cheese (something we love). We had to ask for it every time and on one occasion she did bring it... Toanother table and then ignored us. Most times she just never brought it at all, notwithstanding our numerous requests. Shedidn't bring napkins or utensils, although we asked two times. I ended up stealing them from another table. Server was politeand pleasant but I was shocked how poor her performance was. At one point I could see her standing in the kitchen through thewindow for almost ten minutes... Without moving. Pretty dismal service. 45 mins to get Chicken fingers and fries for kids. Even longer for the adult meal. Couldn’t even clean... up dirty dishes. Or ask us for refills. Brutal if this is what passes for service. edit: Response to Owner. You want me to copyand paste your link I can’t click on, then give you all my personal information and then what? I closed the page when I sawyou were asking for my phone number, address and email. For what? A review? Get real. Your restaurant was empty. There were 5tables seated. I counted. Service was terrible. Took ages. Never got a drink refill, dishes cleared. It was everything NOT todo. 1 star stands. Had a wonderful meal with my son there today! The place was busy but not too busy that the waitress/bartender couldn't give us... excellent service! Many thanks Paige! Food was great. Price was good. Service was the best! Read more
Loved the food, the staff is super friendly and super helpful, loved every bit of my pan fried tilapia
I used to go all the time. Least once a week but then I started to find issues with the food and the cleanliness went down hill.... I took a photo from the last visit for this review. The servers are great but kitchen staff just throw food together. I wont begoing back to this location until my issues are resolved. Clean your food better as you've lost 5 weekly customers over this. Read more
I found taste of dishes are difference on difference East Side Mario's restaurants. This restaurant in Barrhaven is much better... than others. As a family restaurant, free refill salad/soup and bread is an attractive. I had Chicken Parmigiana coming withtomato sauce penne pasta. Chicken was not bad, still have juice inside. The pasta was al dente. Keep doing good please. ???? Read more
Good food. Decent portions. Lots of free bread and salad to fill up on before the meal. Could use some better training... practices, like not putting someone brand new on a 12 person table by himself. Overall, good service as the complaints wereaddressed and handled. Read more
Worst service ever. It wasn't even full of customers. Our food came out 80 minutes after we ordered it, and pizza wasn't even... included in the order. My food was cold and the cheese was hardened. I left most of the food. It was really bad! Read more
