A 5-star experience… the server, Katrina (I hope I spelt that correctly!) was super friendly and helpful. I was with some... friends and she made our experience one-of-a-kind and was very on top of getting food refills and fulfilling orders quickly.Definitely will be recommending! A bar closing at 9pm? During the playoffs? At the start of patio season? After being closed for Covid? Definitely not a smart... business decision. Amazing. I am struggling to find words substantial enough to elablorte on the food, customer service, quality and how thorough... they were! Honestly, we placed the order online for pick up. It was a large order as it was for my Birthday dinner! It said tobe threre for pick up in 20 minutes! We showed up in 15 - and it was ready to go! Normally each year we have been going toBiagios.. but my husband asked for a change, and being honest eith this pandemic, it didnt exactly leave room for a hundreds ofdollars for a meal just before christmas. I was shocked and amazed at how delivoous all the food was! Considering we had such alarge order, all with meals, everything was individually packed. Which made for an even better experience - we got to make asort of buffet at home! The kids LOVED it. I LOVED it. Hubby LOVED it. We had so many leftovers as well! Lasted lunch for 2days after and we all had more than 1 serving! They did mess up on the two larger meals. Sort of. They provided the genericsides with them, so they placed the sides we had actually ordered separately and didn't mess with the presentation! The chickenwas cooked beautifully. Salad aas fresh and crisp! No gooey or browning, or darkening leaves. Bacon was real fresh, and inabundance! The kids toppings for their sliders qere placed on the side, not on their burger which was also SO appreciated!!! The fresh bread was delicious, the butter creamy, tasty and perfectly spreadable as well! Staff greeted us as we enteredfor pick up right away. Someone kept checking in with js in the total of the 5 minutes we had waited for the hostess to run tothe back for our meal, everyone was very very polite and kind. One waitress was in training as well whilst we were there.. or atleast we believe so, however her coworkers were quick to correct her and show her the right way to do things and carry herselfaround customers, in a polite and kind, warm way instead of calling her down or embarrassing her. So I’m not sure what to call this establishment. Is it Darcy’s ‘with’ East Side Mario’s or is it just Mario’s? In... any case we thought wine would try it out thinking we were going to Darcy’s. Amazing dining experience! Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu, we tried the ravioli and the lemon-cello Fresca... from the feature menu and both were fantastic! Great portion size and the drinks were very refreshing. Will definitely bereturning soon!! Read more
