Came in today at around 2pm with my friends to get some food. I was going to use the washroom but was stopped by an employee.... She said the washroom is for customers only.. I understand - COVID-19, downtown and all that. So I said: - Yes, sure, we'regoing to eat here, but I need to use the washroom first. - NO you have to buy something first. - My friends are going to ordersomething right now while I'm in there, I'll make my order when I'm done. What's the problem? - Sorry, you have to buy somethingbefore using the washroom. - ? It's either the policy itself or the employee read it too literally. I'll let manager/owner todecide. This location needs more staff. Long waits and chaotic ordering system. I felt bad for the one young lady working alone. She... seemed stressed out dealing with the line on her own. Anybody would... The bowl was okay but was too heavy on peanut sauce andnoodles. Very small portions of veg. Love freshii in Toronto. This place was horrendous. Noodle bowl was basically soup. Chicken was about half the portion... typically served. Does not match standards of other locations. Listening to the manager or owner... Whoever she is speak to herstaff was embarrassing. If you work for her just quit. Not worth it. Read more
High quality healthy food. As a beauty professional in the downtown core I'm always looking for a healthy meal choice. Freshii... simply never lets me down. They have fast-moving lines, the quality of the food is always high and they have the best selectionof bowls and wraps. Any appetite can be satisfied here! Read more
Nothing special, the store only had one employee working the day I went so it was still a 5 min wait with one person in front of... me. Like all freshii, you have the option to.make your own wrap or bowl. It is closet to parliment hill, so if you want ahealthy quick bite, this could be an option. Read more

I always look forward to my visits at Freshii Sparks! Katie and Jessie (as well as the other lovely employees whom I don't know... their name), are so kind and generous! I've never had a bad experience at this Freshii; they always get my order right, they'refast, efficient, polite, helpful and honest. For example, they'll let you know if they don't have a specific ingredient andoffer to replace it with something else you might like - a gesture that's not completely necessary but extremely appreciated.They have your best interest in mind, all the time. I go often enough that they know my "usual", which proves their caring andattentive ears! I can't recommend this Freshii enough. The food is great, but the service is really the cherry on top!
