We have been ordering from Golden Capital for over ten years and never once were we disappointed. The egg rolls are the same... size as everywhere else so I don't understand that complaint. The food is always fresh especially when you order veggie dishes. Occasionally, some of the battered foods are a bit greasy but not drowning in grease. If you don't want any grease don't orderbattered foods, simple as that. I do agree that there's not much meat in the chicken balls, we no longer get them. The foodalways arrives piping hot. Read more
These negative reviews are real. Ordered last night for the first time in a while. Only ordered two chicken dishes with fries.... Everything was soaked in grease. The fries were dripping with oil. My boyfriend found a hair in his chicken wing. So order hereat your own risk. Don't spend your hard working money here....I still feel sick after eating this..... Don't count on their attention to detail for take out .. ordered an all chicken balls combo and they didn't do it which I guess... is their right .But they didn't include cutlery of napkins with my delivery that was to a commercial address. Like how am Isupposed to eat this chow mein I didn't want Update. Ordered twice more and they got it perfect! Used to eat here all the time a few years ago and it was awesome, but not this time. The egg rolls were the smallest I've ever... seen and the garlic spare ribs were tough and flavourless. Cashew shrimp left a lot to be desired, and the sweet and sourchicken was alright. Over all not impressed. Read more
I ordered a few dishes for Friday night dinner last week and it was awesome. We loved the Beef with Flat noodles in Black Bean... sauce and the Cantonese Chow Mein is excellent! The sweet and sour chicken balls were a bit doughy, but overall great Chinesetake out - Canadian/American style! Read more
Ordered in for Christmas. I have to say I'm so surprised by the bad ratings because this was the best Chinese food I've ever had... in my life! We ordered the chicken fried rice, chicken balls, barbecue pork and vegetables, wonton soup and spare ribs. And woweverything was so fresh and so good!!
