Was in this location Nov 30 getting dinner to go, was in there a good 15-20 minutes waiting for the order only to notice the guy... at the grill handling raw meat without gloves, touching his face, touching the buns and other items bare handed, never once seenhim wash his hands or use sanitizer. This place is my go-to, despite living on the other side of the city. Thus I drive-thru for my Angus burger whenever I'm up that... way. It's a very well-managed store, and the staff are polite and hard-working. I've never had my order wrong and they are SOfast. You all are amazing and make my life better, thank you! Read more
The place has changed quite a bit since the time I worked in the area in the 80's and 90's. I even met a former Prime Minister... there who had a late night craving for a burger. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff extra friendly and the food is donewell. Read more
I went in to grab something after work, probably coming up on 9pm. I had ordered a double angus burger, with fries and a drink.... After paying, I grabbed my cup to fill it and, before I could take five steps, my burger was in the window and ready. The bunwas stale, some parts were almost solid to the touch, the patties were cold and borderline dry, so who knows how long they weresitting there before they were served. When I was getting the ingredients of my burger, I asked for tomato and pickles, of whichthey only put one slice of each. I usually have very good experiences at this location and the people who work there are great. I have been coming to this... location for a very long time. On one occasion I tapped my bank card to pay for my meal they said it didn't go through. So Itapped again and it went through this time and I asked was I charged twice and they said no. A few days later I got anotification from my bank saying that Harvey's charged me twice. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he said hecould not find this transaction. This doesn't make sense I've been coming to this location for years this is the very firstproblem I've ever had and I actually had proof from my bank saying that I was charged twice. Good customer service alone shouldhave given me a free meal. But you don't get good customer service that often anymore. Though the workers in this location arenice and really good at what they do. Unfortunately the manager is not among them when it comes to customer service. Here is anexample of great customer service; I made an order at the restaurant The Blue Cactus and I picked it up and went home andrealized they forgot to give me an item I ordered. I went back to the Blue Cactus and not only did they give me a fresh batch ofwhat I ordered with extras, they also gave me a $20 gift card to use the next time I was at their restaurant. And they believedme without proof which I had in the Harveys situation. That is great customer service. Learn from that Harvey's learn from that. Read more
The fried stuff here is over cooked such as onion rings and chicken fingers. However the staff are friendly and they even know... what I like on my burgers. 10/10 in customer service but the guy over cooks food 2/5, my last visit was my last visit until theychange the cook. Read more
I have been going to this Harvey's location quite frequently for lunch. I keep returning to this location because the service is... amazing. Nipa (the lady serving us most of the time) gives us a warm greeting every time she sees us. Not to mention herattention to detail. There was a time I forgot part of what I normally order, and she reminded me. I thought this was amazing.Made sure I wasn't without. Overall I highly recommend this Harvey's to anybody looking for a fast good quality meal. Keep upthe good work! I'll see you guys next week! Read more
