My excitement for this burger turn to extreme disappointment very quickly. First, my burger looked like it was assaulted. It was... super squished when I got it and sauce was all over the place. Took a few bites and saw that it looked undercooked. The frieswere stale and soggy. I drove 10 mins out of my way for this burger and now I?m pretty sure it will be a very looooong timebefore I want to touch another Harvey?s burger! Read more
We go here pretty regularly and at worst it?s a little slow. The food is excellent. We went tonight and they were crazy busy.... Multiple times I heard the manager compliment his staff and tell them they?re doing a great job in the rush. The staff are kindand efficient. Well done guys! Read more
What a wild experience. This place is horribly mismanaged. There was a lot of yelling between staff - including one who kept... proclaiming himself to be a staff leader while loudly telling the staff to keep their voices down. It made all the customersvery uncomfortable, since they did it right at the front. We waited 15 minutes before our order was taken, and another 15 forour two burgers. They don?t deserve single start even. I ordered 2 LL plant base burger, 1 spicy and 1 regular. I asked which one is spicy, he... said I don?t know? he asked his colleague and his colleague said I don?t remember, was passing my question back and forth andthe guy at the cash was enjoying..I will complaint to your head office. Really bad service... I believe if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything....but really. Employee taking the order was... rude. Got the order, it was missing one of the sides. When I asked for the side, we got a half full one. Then when I got home,opened the burgers and most toppings were missing. Won't be going back. Read more
I don't like to give bad reviews unless it's merited. I will not return to the Hunt Club and Riverside location. First of all,... this location does not accept mobile orders or mobile coupons. I did have a flyer coupon and that was accepted. When I arrived,I went to the washroom. The floor was disgustingly sticky and there was no toilet paper. There were people inside the restaurantand a lot of confusion about where to order and how to order. Signs were not clearly marked. The guy who took my order was verypleasant and he knew what he was doing. I saw my onion rings come out almost immediately. Unfortunately it took over 15 minutesto get my veggie burger. By this time the onion rings were cold. You might have better luck going through the drive-thru. Thegirl who put my burger together was also very pleasant. I did see however, some employees that were dealing with food that werenot wearing face masks and had their faces within one foot of customer food. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Me and my brother came in to get two Buffalo chicken poutine, however they tried to serve us old fries, it took a long time to... get served. In addition there touching everything with there bare hands. They also gave the wrong order at first, clearly notlooking at the slip on the tray. Horrible service and unsanitary location. Horrendously undependable service. The last three times visiting this location all my orders have been messed up. Twice at the... drive-thru and once at the restaurant. Each time with drive thru orders either fries were forgotten or hamburger toppings werenot done properly; and in restaurant the poor lady must have been a new employee looked frazzled and confused causing our to bemanaged by me and then meal to be eaten late. I am surprised I kept my cool that day. They?re lucky to be given a 2, they?remore like 1.5. I may just avoid going there all together. Strike 3 you?re OUT!
