I’ve been here 3 times now and it’s absolutely amazing! I especially loved the buffalo chicken wrap, it came out fairly... quick and it tasted really good! I had Emily as my server and she was incredibly nice and polite and the service was excellent.All of the other staff working gave off friendly vibes and the atmosphere was very chill and relaxed. Kelseys used to be a staple for me and my friends in the late 90's to early 2000's in Edmonton. We lost this gem in Western... Canada years ago. I was so pumped to see one while visiting Ottawa. Brought back lots of great memories and the food was just ason point as it was 20 years ago! Read more
Kelseys South Keys Ok, well.. this is not a negative review as I do understand how the last 2 years have been for finding... effective staff and maintaining strong reviews during times of uncertainty. This is to be constructive as the food was decent,nice new decor, kelseys for me was the king of wings but the quality slipped overtime, been a couple years I can admit but thewings were very boring and just mid-par, the Moscow mule I had for the ketel vodka promotion was incredible though, honestly bigkudos on the drink menu all around. We were a seated table of 12 yet our server seemed to be in space, I had to constantly getup to ask her for something and we waited 30 mins to order and 1 hour for the food to show up, seems weird as I figured thisplace would be hammering burgers and drinks out easily. Unfortunate to give one of my favorite Cara brands a mid level reviewbut much improvement is required to meet basic levels of customer care and hey.. maybe bring back your legendary all you can eatwing deal. Great food, fantastic service. I ordered the buffale ceasar wrap and it was absolutely delicious. If it weren't for the onions... on the floor under our table when we were seated, this would have been a solid 5-star review. We'll be back, though! Read more
NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! I used skip the dishes to order a Nashville chicken sandwich with poutine and an additional... side poutine. I ended up getting a fish sandwich with fries, nothing else. The employees there need to give there head a shakeif it’s that difficult to know fish from chicken and completely leave out half the order. Read more
Love dining in at Kelsey's. Nothing beats their spinach dip, I have to order this anytime I visit. Chicken wings are great too!... Waitress was super friendly and accommodating. My partner ordered 15 wings and only got 10. Easily fixed by our waitress.Looking forward to our next visit and more spinach dip! Read more
