This is an amazing restaurant to go to if you are in the area. The bbq chicken is my favorite and it’s cooked over hot coals.... The portions are fantastic and will definitely fill you up. The plantains are done properly as well. Owners are great too! Theydo lose a star unfortunately for the lack of consistency. If you go there during peak times you will receive a hit piping meal.Off peak times I have noticed that the food is not as fresh and the rice is old. Chicken was way over cooked and wayyyyy to spicy almost burnt my face off. When i approached the staff they refused to fix it.... Definitely do not recommend. Not at all the same as Orleans location. Read more
I love this well ran family business, the food is amazing, the price is good compared to other charcoal chicken locations and... the chef is super friendly. I also really like how you can see part of the kitchen, really adds to the experience. The only downside about this location is the wait time, one person is handling the cooking, cash and calls. I order from them alot almost daily lol and they are nice people and food is really good but yesterday was my first time trying... their fish and i got food poisoning from it and suffering the consequences now very disappointing and won’t be returning forthat reason but asides the fish everything else isn’t bad.
