The noodles are hand pulled, I don?t know where else in Ottawa they do this. The broth is delicious and the potions are huge. A... small can easily feed two people. I ordered the dry noodles (hand pulled with bean sauce and meat), and the Brine pork intestineand pork belly, both were delicious however were advertised as spicy? they were not spicy at all. Their spice level there isvery low, even their Chili oil they had on the table is not spicy. I wish they had a spicier hot sauce, other than that?greatspot in the market.
