The worst staff i have ever seen in all McDonald's, zero customer service. Hey management, fix it. They made the mistake, on one... burger order, and acted like i am bothering them. It was not a small error, it was entirely the wrong burger that i paid extrafor, they acted like i am bothering them to fix their errors. When it?s good it good. When it?s not, the order is wrong, you?re either missing something?or they surprisingly added something... you didn?t ask for which is even more confusing. Very messy preparation of burgers at times as well with toppings just literallyslapped together with no effort. You can also see a lot of visual confusion and disorganization between staff when you get tothe window and you?re given the wrong order or read back the order and the employees look at each other. The biggest issue ofall unfortunately is the wait times. At times it?s not bad, however on most occasions, regardless of what time it is, whencompared to many McDonald?s within a 20km radius, this McDonald?s has an extremely slow window serve time. At times, you?ll bein the drive through for 20+ minutes behind several cars and it?s not even your turn yet, albeit it is a busy location. Thisshouldn?t really make a difference though given other locations in Ottawa. Staff are pretty respectful at-least which gives mea reason to visit if I?m in the area and not in a rush. Read more
I ordered an vanilla ice cream in a cup but I received a vanilla cone put inside a cup and it's not even April 1st
No, I did not eat any of the mcflurry yet... They actually only come half full.
Well, took a while to get my order taken correctly at the speaker. Then i paid. Picked up my order, and it was not correct.... Ceispy burger ordered grilled requested sauce change, and that was also missed. Order large drink no ice and received mediumwith ice. But hey, I got the large fries i asked for. Hits the spot. The low rating is because I Realized that you can order more toppings on the burgers with no extra charges. I... wish this was something that didn?t have to be added. More pickles, more sauce, more lettuce, you can add more cheese aswell For a cost. The location we go to always has amazing service and everyone is very kind and polite Read more
