Order happy meal for my son through McDonald's app, decided to pop in and pick up the happy meal for order 2123... the counter... lady said that my order did not go through and requires to re order, which I opened the app and spoke with magement who toldfront counter that it's correctly ordered. I usually bring the family to this location twice a week as a treat and the service is typically good. Last time I came, both... the filet o' fish we ordered came with no sauce and no cheese, we ended up throwing them out. I went in today and told themanager and was offered a large fry as "compensation". I'm sorry but a $2 fry doesn't make up for 2 $7 sandwiches. Note that wetypically spend anywhere from $40-$100 a visit, twice a week. Well, due to the horrible effort of this manager I'll be taking mybusiness elsewhere. From now on we'll be taking the family to Burger King or Wendy's instead. Read more

Findlay Creek location: Cashier was pleasant, double big Mac and fish burger were ok. 7 employees incl mgr and a supervisor... looked and walked by the 3 large cups that fell onto the floor. Not one employee picked them up, cashier decided to grab themafter l snapped the pic. Hope they went into the garbage! Read more
This McDonalds definitely has its hit and miss days. The other day I waited over 20 mins in a parking spot for food, it... eventually came out and the woman was apologetic advising it was a computer error, the food was cold by that point, not a greatexperience, but other days there have been great experiences. On August 18th I dropped a friend off at the racetrack and decided to pop by the 24hr McDonald's in barhaven Square. I recieved... my order and left the drive thru. Started eating my fries and was almost done when I noticed a large bug of some sorts among myfries ???? I literally pulled over and puked my guts out ???? Worst part? When I brought it back to the store and asked to speakto the manager she offered to replace the food!!! Hell No!!!!!! Just moved to the area, had this McDonald?s 3 times so far Friendly employees just the food quality is not there with my... experiences, the first time I got a spicy habanero chicken burger. It was dry and no toppings not sure if they forgot or didn?tknow. It was latterly a dry piece of chicken and to squished buns. And now I got my meal asked for a large fry in my big Macmeal and the fries were half empty. Look at the image below. There were none dropped in the bag or anywhere that?s all I gotand I paid extra for a large fry instead of the medium. I went back to the same location today 3 weeks later and ordered a BigMac I asked 4 times to get Big Mac sauce on the side in a cup and even offered to pay for it they pawned me off 3 times sayingya ya They will get it for you at the next window, then when I got to that window they gave me my food in a bag quickly no eyecontact I knew right away that they didn?t put the Big Mac sauce in that bag. It seems that no matter what, they always get the order wrong. 9 times out of 10 we drive away and something from our order is... missing. The other day we ordered the new BLT on an English muffin and the English muffin was so hard that it tasted like it wastwo months old. Terrible. It?s as if they just don?t care. Read more
