Terrible service at this location! Avoid it at all cost. McDonald's free coke glasses event is going on. This shop has purple... glasses on display. We bought 2 meals in order to get the purple glasses. The manager refused to do it and only gave us theclear glasses. If you show it, you have to give it to customers. Smoothies are great! Other than that this is a horrible McDonald's! The manager is extremely rude when speaking to you...even... when she messes up my order (which happens more often than not. It is supposed to open and be ready for business by 7am....ITSNEVER OPEN AND READY TO GO UNTIL AT LEAST 7:10am...I work overnights in the walmart and am off at 7am and always try to go forbreaky but they are never ready on time then get rude when u ask why...I now walk the extra 15 min to go to the one on merivalenear toys R us...great service there! Service is good. The apple pie and the French Dijon burger is the best. The place can use some seating area though.
I've been to this location plenty many times in the past year, they do nothing but Mess up my order every single time. They keep... telling me they're going to email their head office and have coupons for replacement meal sent to my home. I've yet to datereceived nothing and they oh me about eight different full meals and I never even get an email I never got a phone call. Thisis the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced in my life hands-down. I have seven children at home so McDonald's is a good placeto grab something quick that they will all enjoy but now I've had to go out of my way and drive to one way far away from myhome just to get proper orders. Very very very upsetting very very very disappointed and if this is how that store is ran itneeds to be shut down! Total horrible service and it almost seems like all the employees are under the influence of something.When I see glazed over eyes and stuff like that it tells me a great deal and now I see why they forget everything!
