Completely disorganized! Do not go there. Machine printer didn?t work, took 30 min to get my order (coffee and an egg McMuffin).... Ever since the management changed a few years ago, it?s not the same. Staff is nice but really too slow. The floor manager wasvery disrespectful towards her employees. I?m not coming back sorry. I don't understand coffee at this branch. I'm visiting Ottawa and today I bought two hot mocha and vanilla coffees. Both were... cold and they indicated it to the administrator and again they gave me cold and with only milk flavor. I lost my money what adisappointment. Read more

It's small with a small menu and no day long breakfast items. The service was good, the food was what you expect from... McDonald's. The way their picture menu was, made it seem like the mcrispy sandwich had bacon in it, but that was the deluxe. Ididn't mind paying the difference and got my updated order pretty quick considering it was dinner time (busy). Read more
Terribly slow. Limited menu, always smells like burned English muffins in the morning. You will hear customers coughing. Only... can use self checkouts. The walk up counter is there, but you will wait 10 mins to be served at it if they even notice. Read more
I ordered at 5am today after a long overnight shift. I forgot to add cream to my coffee so I called right away to ask if it... could be possibly be added it to my coffee. I didn't think it would be an Issue because the cream is $0.00. The manager I spoketo sounded like they were having a bad morning and rudely told me I could have any cream because it wasn't mentioned in theorder then hungup. We've tried this location a few times. Each time we came, the service has been slow; we'd have to wait for more than 15 minutes... for a small order like a cheeseburger or a junior chicken. The place is understaffed, disorganized, and the dine-in area isextremely dirty. Being right in downtown and minutes away from Parliament Hill, this is simply unacceptable, giving tourists abad impression of a restaurant that's internationally known. This mcdonalds is a bit chaotic. Ordered breakfast and waited about 15 mins in-store. They seemed to be dealing with too many... online orders and the very impatient customers yelling were not helping.
