This place was designed for a good drive through experience but if you have to walk in and take out, it's a terrible... experience. First off, the folks there won't attend to you because they are focused on the drive through. When they eventuallyget to you, they just want to get over with it and move back to serving the drive through guys. The menu here is also verylimited. They didn't have most things except for big Mac and one or two other things. The drinks menu was also limited with dietcoke and Sprite absent. It is very very slow????. Few cars in the line take for ever to finish. Today, for 2-3 cars ahead of me, it took about 20... minutes. That is disaster. When I told them you are too slow, they just said nothing. Read more
Horrible service. Last night they wouldn't serve me and my friend because "theres only 2 of us in here." That doesn't make any... sense. Also the food (from seperate visits) tastes like its been in the tray for hours when they're supposed to waste it after15 minutes. Garbage establishment. Would have given less than 1 star if I could. Please look at the menu. It says if you wanna have hotcakes, you can make it a meal with a small coffee and a hash brown. Well,... this morning when I went there just to do that, I was told that if I wanna have hot cakes I will have to order happy meal and ifI order happy meal, I cannot have a coffee. Instead, I will have to get a juice. So, they forced me to buy a happy meal and then a coffee separately. Its not a good service. Macdonald should just take back this franchise. Its suppose to be a 24/7 location but it probably closes at around 10pm and open... at 8am They never have items they display on the menu. Drinks muffin sandwiches etc. This is probably the slowest Macdonald inthe entire city. Youll spend 5-10min atleast for a coffee. And worst when people are in the lane before you. Read more
