We placed our order on-line and we chose delivery. When I received the confirmation I saw that it was indicated for pick-up. I... called immediately thinking I did a mistake. The store is at exactly 8,3 km from our home, we have been told they were not ableto delivered, we were living to far. I asked to be reimburse then and they refused. Since we ordre on-line they were not ableto cancelled our order. They received a 20% to tip the driver. I told them if they were not delivering I should be reimbursefor that part at least. They jammed about 100 flyers in our mailbox and all over the floor outside our house + the same for our neighbors. I get you... want to get the word out but this was sloppy, unwarranted, and excessive. One flyer will do if it was allowed but we have a ?noflyer? sign that was ignored. Not only did it take a full 2 hours to be delivered (its only a 5 minute drive) but when i called the store to ask for an update... the guy full on lied and said it was already on the way. Took another 30minutes for it to get here. Food was cold and SO greasythat we couldnt eat most of it and it actually made me sick Read more
Ordered a gluten vegan cheese topping pizza and it was funky tasting and sauce was spicy and crust was hard as hell. I scraped... off the toppings because they didn't taste well and fresh. My first time ordering is a disapointment. Read more

We have ordered twice in the past week, once with pickup and another with delivery. The vegan pizzas are AMAZING! We have tried... 3 different vegan pizzas, half with the gluten-free dough, and they really do a good job, both crust and toppings. They arefriendly and knowledgeable about that they have (I called ahead to make sure the vegan cheeze doesn't contain cashew nuts), andthe day we asked for delivery we actually got the pizzas sooner that we were told! Lovely surprise. I am so glad we found outthis pizzeria near our current place! I would suggest to try using GUSTO vegan meats (it's a local brand from Montreal) ratherthan the US Beyond sausage, for the vegan dishes. They have a wide range of flavours! And maybe cardboard packaging for thesnacks too, styrofoam is terrible for the environment! Read more
Just ordered a medium pizza from here and cant believe how small and tasteless it was, ended up throwing it out and my friend... thought it was awful, definitely no where near there best and no where near all the other locations, not going back, sorry guys. Read more
