the staff working yesterday 7/12/22 around 3pm were the worst. I have never received such bad customer service. My wife asked... for a shrimp burrito and the employee scoffed and started complaining in a different language as she was annoyed that she had tocook the shrimp. She was then rude to us for the time we patiently waited for the shrimp to cook. The other two women at theback refused to help as they wanted to continue their chat and not serve customers. Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered through the curbside pickup option on their website using a guest profile. After I... payed for my food I waited for about 1 and half hours before calling the store to figure out why I still haven't received myfood, the service was very rude and they told me that they had already gave me my food which was not true. I tried refundingthrough the website but couldn't because the page refreshed and I couldn't bring my order back to refund, I also got noassistance from the higher ups from Mucho Burrito. Absolutely awful experience. Spent $14.60 and didn't even got my food, andalso got gaslighted which was very very fun ????. DO NOT ORDER from this location using CURBSIDE ORDER. Just like the Thai place next door, this place has seen better days (it's sad because Trainyards needs more food places.) It's... possible the business is struggling, but unfortunately cannot support if it doesn't taste good. Something went wrong when theycooked the shrimp - had 10 times the lime juice it should of, making them inedible. Like another poster said, coleslaw is justchunky cabbage. The food was ok but they have abysmal service when it comes to curbside pickup, it took them over an hour to bring out my food.... If you are going to have the curbside pickup option actually follow through in a timely manner otherwise dont bother. Read more

Very poor customer service, by far the worst mucho burrito in Ottawa. The staff took a solid 3-4 minutes of talking to each... other until I cut in and asked for my order. The lady who made it threw it together with very poor portions and tried chargingme for extras I did not ask for or even receive. Overall I am very dissatisfied and don?t think I?ll be returning back to thislocation, I would advise another mucho or another restaurant if that?s not an option. Read more

This place never disappoints. Every time I come I'm always surprised by how good the food is. Affordable, fresh, delicious 100%... of the time, and impressed my Chinese mother who barely likes to eat anything. 10/10. Read more

Worst service I?ve had out of all the locations. Employees were more concerned with social interactions then taking care of... customers. I felt insulted and disrespected so asked to talk to a manager and she apologized and offered to give anything incompensation while smiling and seeming to not be fazed or see anything wrong with the situation. I took nothing but definitelywill never return to this location. Common sense says to take care of customers, and return to your social interactionafterwards? Read more
