I have never been to this particular Nando?s location before (as it it 15km from home). The food was hot and excellent. Daisy... was attentive to all diners. PS I did order a breast, but got a leg. That was the only blemish on a great lunch. On my next roadtrip, I will search out a Nando?s for lunch or dinner. The Peri-Peri Bowl looks so delightful. Read more
Very delicious food and good portion sizes too!
I used to go here precovid..and the service was great...but after covid I am in deep dismay. I ordered the largest family size... and was in shock..the portion sizes have been reduced so drastically. What used to be a small size side portion was now given tome as the equivalent of the largest size. My kids love the garlic bread..and so when I was given 8 small half pieces whichdidn't even allocate my family of 5 a couple of pieces of bread each. I then had to ordered more garlic bread (to avoid my kidsfighting) .. just to get charged ~6$ for another meager 4 half pieces.. which arrived by nearly the end of the meal and shouldhave been written off for that reason. Even the fries were half of what they used to be. I would probably not have been sodismayed.. but I remember how great this place used to be and how the proportion were well proportionate. Read more
I order dinner from this location when I get there the order was ready on time but employees were in really rush they replace my... order in a paper bag and they put it sideways and all the grease leaked the and broke the bag in my car it makes messy this iscompletely employee fault bc of they do rush and they don?t care the customers. First time at Nando?s and probably our last. The restaurant opened late, even though the website and the sign at the door said... 11:30. The customer service was lacking ?service? and even though there were no other customers, we didn?t feel like they wantedus there. While waiting for our food, visited the bathroom and the door did not close. In terms of food, the flavour was great.Very tasty and juicy chicken. Same with the sides. I just wish there had been more sauce, which was brought at the very end ofthe meal, even though I read on the website that you can ?grab the sauces and dressings you fancy?. It?s unfortunate, but theservice made it very unlikely we?re coming back. Read more
Ordered the Classic Sharing Plate (whole chicken + 2 sides + garlic bread) for 2 people to go. We chose fries and rice as sides.... Extremely disappointed!! Portions of the sides are ridiculously small! We received the equivalent of a small McDonald?s fries!And the portion of rice was unbelievably limited (the equivalent of two scoops of a spoon - see picture). That?s a portionfitting for a child! So much for having a « sharing » platter. I am a big fan of Nando?s but not this time, or thislocation. Read more
Always love the experience in this Nandos out of the rest locations in Ottawa. The food is always fresh, fries are crispy and... hot and the staff is super nice. This is our regular go to. Read more
Ordered Chicken Wrap and after half an hour got Lettuce wrap instead, did not taste anything, no toppings nothing. The place... smells fried chicken that hurts your eyes. Read more
