The only sushi place I trust in Ottawa. The food is fresh, reasonably priced and is usually ready for pickup in 10-20 minutes.... If you plan to order on a Friday or Saturday afternoon/evening, it's best to pick it up as delivery can take 1-2 hours. Read more
Anything on the menu is 10/10. Been getting sushi here for years and it?s always been good. Staff is always nice, and their fish... is always fresh. Only thing I could say is it?s expensive. Definitely recommend this spot. Read more
Some of the best Take-Out / Delivery Sushi in Ottawa. Great quality and prices (Try Spicy Tuna / Dragon Rolls / Tempura / miso... Soup..). Furthermore, the Customer Service was great. I had an experience where I accidentally took someone else?s order withmy order. When I got home, I called the restaurant to let them know this was a mistake and I would come back to pay them. Theydid not accept any payment and told me not to worry and enjoy my meal. I will be back to support this local business for thefood and great experience (& generosity) Read more
I can?t figure this place out - it?s so hit and miss. Maybe it?s just a matter of ordering the right stuff? I want to like it,... but it?s way too inconsistent. The spicy california crab roll was ok. Not great or terrible. The salmon california roll wasall over the place - some pieces were good, and in others the salmon was very tough and sinewy, and made me question whether thesalmon was going to make me sick. The spicy salmon tempura roll had about 5-6 birds eye chilies in each bite which is aridiculous amount of heat. We had a little pile of chilies leftover from just 2 rolls. Take out a mountain of chili peppers outand the tempura roll is awesome - like really good! The rice, cucumber and avocado was good quality. Sushi is decent but tempura and gyoza needs work. Tempura breading uses the crunchy type of fine panko bread crumbs which makes... it taste too dry and dense with how it is fried here. Gyoza wrappers are also a little too thick and hard, but may be better ifeaten right away instead of letting it sit for a while as takeout. Read more
You order off their website for delivery. They will call you to confirm the order and give you a time estimate. The delivery... time was on point. The sushi, I really did enjoy and the yakitory was amazing. I also enjoyed the miso soup. The only reason forthe 4 stars is the tempura wasn't that great. I just think it was a big order and tempura got cold so it wasn't as good.Probably be better for dine in with tempura. The quality is there for tempura at least. They gave me soy sauce bottles and extrasoup which was very nice. I would rate this restaurant a 4.5 and would definitely order here again. Great mama and papa shopoverall. Read more
Our usual place to enjoy take out sushi, good food for a great price and consistently well done. Fresh fish, fresh ingredients... and fresh rice. The only thing I don't like is how they use California roll as a base for a large portion of their special rollsbut there are still good options. Will continue to order take out from them. Read more
