The venue seems pretty nice and spacious for events but they blamed my friends for the mess left behind and charged him a... cleaning fee when that should?ve been included in the service. Abit rude and unprofessional. Read more

We had a wedding at this venue on Sunday September 4th. Servers were supposed to clean and remove all food from the tables on... Sunday. On Tuesday, food was still left on the tables. On top of that the servers were not to touch any of the decorations. Allthe decorations was damaged. Poor management and accountability on their end, beware of this venue as their servers may destroyall the decorations and take zero accountability for it, which may cost you extra in damages. Only giving 4 stars because I didn't get in. I suppose I gice 4 stars to the specific event. I'm not sure what this place is but... the party looked great. Safety was good but they didn't grope search which is a plus! I hadn't bought tickets in advance Ithought I could buy at the door. Too bad for me! St Anthony's Banquet Hall on St Anthony's Street, next to the Queensway flyover is a seemingly mundane building which affords... substantial floor space for catered events and other community social events. The building itself is dated but the venue isusually well decorated to suit budgets and purposes. Whether fulfilling an engagement for a few hundred people or providing asocial community event requiring minimal kitchen facilities, the venue enjoys a large car park across the street to make parkingstraightforward.
