Their stuffed crusty pizza is amazing. They're very generous with the cheese, it's a nice greasy pizza. Toppings are pretty... generous, a decent amount of bacon! Got a epic stuffed pep and the new Pepperoni crust papadia, it did not disappoint! Pizza was cooked perfect and tasted great.... The crust was stuffed really well and tasted great. Tried Papa John's for the first time today, OMG the pizza is so fresh and delicious! It tastes amazing and is at great prices.... One thing I would say is the actual sauce needs some more seasoning and then it would be a 100%. I rank it at 99% now. I justfind the sauce is a bit on the bland side, no real taste. Other than that the actual pizza is amazing and we love it. I onlymention about the sauce to improve other than Papa Johns is amazing! :-) Read more

Updated review. Josh from Papa John's reached out to me to try to make things right. Communication was above and beyond. I'm... happy to say the the next order was delicious as expected and full of toppings (see pic). Pickup was quick and easy. You'veearned our future business. Thanks Josh Order took over 1 hour for pickup. Status monitor didn't work. Pizza had hardly anytoppings. The toppings that were there were all in the center. Likely be my first and last. The pizza was soggy and undercooked (toppings barely heated up, cheese only beginning to melt), I was missing items from my... order, the Papa John's app wouldn't take my order, and it took 8mins over the phone for the store to take my order. Amazing pizza! I like a little bit sweeter of a pizza sauce and it's been hard to find in Ottawa. The dough was soft and chewy,... tasted very fresh. The garlic dipping sauce is essentially liquid gold, strong garlic taste which I love. We also had the garliccrust on our pepperoni, the fresh dough with garlic seasoning and garlic sauce was just a perfect combination. I'm so glad theyfinally opened up a shop in the Ottawa area :D Read more
