My pizza was cold when delivered, I was not happy with the new pizza on the menu, salad had more hearts then salad and what was... salad was slimy, drink was incorrect, called spoke to the manager he said he was busy he call back 24 hrs im still waiting imfar from happy with the service and quality of food. Extremely rude manager! I was calling on behalf of my school to see if they have any offers for pizza day, and as i was speaking... i made a mistake in the date, and he hung up on me! I tried calling again but he refused to pick up. I called from anothernumber just to see why he was being so rude, and he yelled at me and told me that they had no offers. I called another branchand their manager was so nice, and he gave me an offer. So not only was this manager extremely rude and hostile, he also lied tome. Pizza is alright, usually undercooked. Biggest issue is their delivery - don't rely on the app tracker, they deliver it when... they feel like it! Makes it hard to enjoy your meal when you're talking to a customer service agent to cancel your order becauseyour 11:30 order hasn't yet arrived and it's past noon. Read more
Update: Finally my password work and got into my account last week but all my reward points have disappeared! After 3 calls to... customer service still not fixed and still no one has called me back. Such a poor customer service! Can't access my accountlast 2 weeks, when I tried to rest password, never received a code by email. Called customer service she said someone will callback but none called me back, I was a regular for takeout and had 3 pizza rewards so I hope I didn't lose them. Verydisappointed! Going to change the rating until this is resolved! One of the places that still serves a tasty pizza after allthese years. Specially their deal of the day offers a different combination every day of day week when order is placed online.Nice and convenient! Read more
Proceed with Caution! I saw too many flaws to ever visit this Pizza Hut again. Let's start at the top and work our way... down. 1) Our server placed her hand over top of the glass to move our drinks from the tray to the table. 2) She then proceededto clean the table across from us and accidentally dropped all the napkins on the floor, then picked them up and placed them onthe table for the next lucky customer. 3) You'll see in the photo, loose packets of ketchup tossed on top of our fries. 4) Ialso found what looked to be a grey arm hair (let's hope) in my salad. Yes, the server was apologetic, but did not offer anydiscount or corrective action. Perhaps this is a good opportunity for more training, I don't know. What I do know is that Iwon't be visiting this location again and wanted to advise future customers to Proceed with Caution. Read more
My son and I dined at this property earlier in the evening. It has moved its location and is now across the street from The Beer... Store. The food tasted great and the customer service was top notch - conversational, helpful and service with a smile. Can?tbeat it! Read more
