Very great place! There are a variety of pizza. They just introduced a new dessert pizza, which is pizza crust with chocolate on... top. It tastes pretty good but would be much better if the crust was thicker. Other than that, the food is great! The place isalways clean which opens up my appetite while eating. The chairs are also very comfortable! Service is amazing! The cashier isvery kind and has never gotten angry for whatever reason. I ordered a pizza, got the pizza within 45 minutes that was great! The driver left it at my door, and knocked. When I picked up... the box, the tamper proof seal was broken! When I opened it there was a piece EATEN and they left the crust! I called right awayto the store, where the person on the phone asked if I ?felt sick about eating it?, and it ?wasn?t their driver, probably afamily member of mine? and put me on hold. They sent a replacement pizza. But overall a not very pleasant experience with thisstore. I?ve never had a problem with this store until today. Read more
This is the second time I?ve experienced this utterly disturbing inexcusable behaviour from the cashier with grey hair at 1717... bank st. pizza pizza who is unbelievably rude to customers, very impatient, charges double the price so he can pocket the extramoney, and threw my food in the garbage. Really Nice people with best service I ever had with other pizza stores
We attempted to order pizza online, waited over 40 minutes and the pizza was still being ?prepared?. When we tried to cancel the... order we were charged $30 for the cancel fee which was more than the cost of the order total. Felt like a scam, veryunimpressed. Read more
Ordered the large meat supreme pizza for pickup through Skip and it was okay for the price. Nothing exceptional but I'd order... again because I liked that it wasn't extremely greasy compared to other pizza places. Read more
Ordered two extra-large pizzas, which according to the pizza pizza website should have a 16" or more diameter. Pizzas looked... smaller than usual, so I measured. One was 14" and the other just shy of 15". Called pizza pizza customer support, thought sincewe received two large pizzas, that we should pay for two large pizzas. I was asked how many slices the pizza had. It had 12slices. He put me on hold to 'get in touch' with the store, where he apparently confirmed that they did indeed make pizzas with12 slices. Clearly if we received 12 slices, which I wasn't disputing, then we got extra-large pizzas. I pointed out that apancake can be sliced into 12 slices. They couldn't care less. Three stars because the pizzas had the right toppings, and wereotherwise perfect large pizzas. Read more
Bought the plant based chicken burger here and had a very unpleasant experience. Burger was rock hard as a brick and tasted very... bland and just, useless. I complained to the front staff and he responded by yelling back at me that he had just cooked it andthat if it was someone else he would have agreed with me. ?? I have never eaten a plant based burger that tasted as bad and wasas hard as the one I was served. I had a bad stomach afterwards expectedly. Will never shop at any Pizza Pizza franchise again,all shops seem to be low quality now since the early 2000s and it saddens me because my father owned a Pizza Pizza franchise fora number of years and always made it his duty to server customers and please them in anyway.
