Big fan of second cup. When my kids were little and I was a super tired mom, going to second cup in hazeldean mall was like my... little getaway. Love their lattes (esp hazelnut) those are hand crafted to perfection. I don?t feel rushed at second cup as theydon?t have drive-thru concept. I can sit and relax my latte. That?s how I like my coffee. This time I visited the hunt clublocation and was able to enjoy a latte and also a little nap for this tired mama was a bonus. I needed it badly on that day. Read more

Ordered a tea and a bottle of water at the drive thru. Went to tap my debit and he said I had to enter 'something' - looked at... the interac screen and it was asking me about a tip. COME ON!!!!!!!!!!! Read more
I enjoy second cup and their products. I am still a fan of their products; however, I find some of the staff at the Hunt Club... location to be quite rude. There have been several occasions at this location where we have ordered something and they made thewrong order. This happens and is totally understandable, although I find some of the staff to be dismissive and that is why theorder is not captured. I am lactose intolerant so I order my drinks with soy milk and always check because I have bad reactions.Today my partner asked if my drink was made with soy and the barista scoffed, said no, and started making a new one. My partner(who is not lactose intolerant) asked what was going to happen with the drink and the barista said he was going to throw it out,which is wasteful. Overall, the culmination of negative experiences at this location overshadows the quality of their productsand I doubt I'll return. Read more
Looks like its suffering from neglect. Bathrooms are dirty, there?s food debris on the floors and couches. Barista is playing... loud music on his phone while music is also playing on the PA, which is annoying. Read more

I?m giving it three stars instead of one because the coffee was nice, and the scone was tasty and not too sweet. However, when... it came time to pay, I whipped out my visa and tried to tap for contactless payment but I did not hear a beep as I usuallywould. the lady serving me said ?oh you just have to press a few buttons to get to the payment screen?. I focused in on thescreen and she was essentially requiring me up to tip her! My options were 10%, 20%, 30%, or ?other$?. I was SO irritated. It?snot like she served me at a table for 40 minutes. I found it to be a pretty slimy move to be honest. I won?t be returning, asI?ve never in my life been cornered into tipping someone for a coffee at a drive through. Read more
One star because my tea was undrinkable. I left the 3/4 full London Fog on the table. The ham sandwich (if you could call it... that) had one slice of ham and hardly any cheese. They technically warmed it up but it was cold and disgusting. Would have beenvery helpful if they told me the tea bag was still in the cup when they gave it to me. Perhaps I would have been able to drinkhalf of it. I was too upset to complain in person because I figured they wouldn't care. I wasn't in the mood to not be helped orcared about. This is why I rarely eat out cause places like this are so disappointing. Don't expect a real cup or even a paperplate for your sandwich because they had none. Go somewhere else but here is my advice. The cost of this terrible makes it thatmore disappointing. ???? Read more
