The staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I ordered an oat shaken espresso and I watch the lady put espresso In a... cup and add oat milk. The drink has a lot more than that but charged me the full amount. It was almost 7 dollars and she leftthe espresso to sit for a minute so the crema dissolved leaving a very bitter shot. Suzan is one of the best co-workers in Starbucks (55 Laurier). She puts all her energy into her work and makes sure to provide... everyone with what we ask for. Make sure you have loads of time when you stop in... otherwise the place is great. It has natural lighting, handicap access,... bathrooms else where on the same floor but there are some. It has a great atmosphere. Expensive as all Starbucks are. Read more

Despite a long lineup (busy location) the staff was quick and efficient, meaning I did not wait long at all for my order. The... code was good and to my liking, with adequate room left in the cup for my cream and sugar. As a bonus, when I returned laterthat day for a utensil, they gave me one free of charge. Missy, Deanna, and Carrie are the only reasons to keep coming back. Staff is hit & miss most days except when either of them are... working. Busy between classes & remember your student government voted to be a waterbottle free campus, so they will have tocharge for your water cup. Its awesome to go where staff remember your order & they care about the quality of coffee they areputting out, at least if those three are on! Read more
They were out of half the special drinks so just ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap. They didn't blend it enough the first... time so I couldn't even drink through the straw, asked for one that's blended more, instead I got one where they didn't put icein it at all they just loaded it with syrup and it was awful. This was my second time at this location and it'll be my last. Read more
