Rude people! I put an order through the app and walked to pick it up, the store front was closed and I understand that, but I... didn't know where I will be picking up my drink exactly. There was no sign that says "If you're picking up please wait andsomeone will be with you or wait here or something" The only sign I saw was that says drive through if you placed an orderthrough the app, which is assuming that everyone is coming-in in a car? I stood there for few moments and looked at theemployees inside and they ignored me, so I assumed ok maybe that means it is only drive through. I went around to ask, and thegirl was annoyed that I did not wait inside, I mean I looked at them! If they gave me a sign to just wait please, I would have!It felt like I should apologize to them and still they would be annoyed, what rude unpleasant people. I mean you work in acoffee shop!! In customer service!! Why do you think you are better than the customer? Also you should not assume in your mindsthat a customer is a regular to this location or even to Starbucks altogether and knows the instructions and how it works.Really ruined my night, and I did not want my drink anymore. Was seriously thinking about going back and leaving the drink atthe counter and walking away just as they left it for me like a give out, but I did not want to walk back. Your whole store isnot worth it for me, and not any of your drinks. Even if they become a dollar, will not go back. I do not tolerate rude service.I am the one that should be annoyed, not the worker! I don?t usually buy food from Starbucks, today I had no choice but d*mn, the bacon is just for show. Oh and I asked for napkins,... and I got a single sheet. This Starbucks location is a joke of all jokes... Read more
Service was good, though they were very busy. Drinks were prepared to perfection. Very good experience.
