This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks location I?ve ever been to. This is the only location near my workplace, and I?ve... constantly been ordering at this location since the opening. Once ordered salted caramel cold brew, the cream tasted like plainsalt, way too salty. Also, I noticed the barista put in a bag of salt, which I?m confused about. Does it not supposed to besalted caramel syrup? And the other day, I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The cream is not correct, no vanilla flavouror sweetness at all. Have returned to the barista, and they made me a new one. The taste is different from other vanilla sweetcream cold brews I had at other locations. Since the opening, my colleagues and I have been visiting this location for half ayear now, and we are constantly not satisfied with the drinks. I think most of the baristas are not appropriately trained, thequality of the drinks is poor. Read more
The layout looks great. The staff is awesome. Camilla, Victoria, and Maddison are awesome????????????????????????????????????.... Today, I said hello to Maddison. She realized that she didn't see me for a while. She said I missed you. I wasn't evenexpecting it. Sometimes the little things that you say, can change a persons' day.?????????????????????????????. This is the worst Starbucks location I've ever been too. The staff consistently overcharge for ingredients that are included in... the drink, and when I kindly let them know that you only charge extra if things aren't included, they insist that they arecorrect and proceed to charge 50 cents for the syrup that is already factored into the original drink price. Many staff don'tknow how to make basic menu items. Today I received an iced coffee that was 40% coffee, and the barista proceeded to fill thecup with WATER. It takes like water with a shot of espresso. It was so diluted it's undrinkable, and no it was not theconcentrated cold brew- just regular iced coffee. Some staff do not know how to calculate basic change, and on three occasionsI've been given the wrong amount back. The staff are all nice, but most are so incredibly undertrained that the quality of thedrinks produced are a total waste of money. I will adjust what I order based on who is working there because some people areextremely incompetent and untrained, and a select few know what they're doing. To this location manager- please train yourstaff better and don't let them serve customers until they have a good grasp on procedures and menu items. Read more
