No tables. No bathrooms. If you?re in the trades, there?s no place for you to wash your hands. Not acceptable for a large chain.
This was the best subway I?ve ever been to. SO AESTHETIC. the only thing they should change is maybe wash the musty carpet... infront of the drink area. But besides that actually the best ever. Its food looks SO fresh and the whole store is so clean!!!!!Love it fr??????? Read more
One of my go to place for subway but this time the service was bad. It says 24 hours so I went there little late at night. The... server said the store is closed even the sign says it is open and the door was unlocked. She denied to Serve me the subway atfirst and told me to come back after 1 hour. Later on she agreed to make the sub but it was very bad. She added lots of saucesin the sub. It was not at all eatable. I would request the owner to improve the quality of their night staff. One of the lesser subways of ottawa. Staff is apathetic and act like you are asking for their kidney if you want a bit more of... a topping. A little sauce apparently means drown my sub. No greeting, no form of customer service other than "yes?","toppings?" and "$12.50". This location was much better with the previous staff. Subways name is the only thing keeping thisplace in business. Owners have stopped caring. Read more
Girl name Aagya was serving us. If you are working there, you should have some patience. My brother asked for more toppings ,... she was yelling at us saying everything is already inside.So what if somebody asked to put more??? Server (assistant manager) was rushing the order. She was way too cheap on toppings and had to tell 3 times to add normal amount... of toppings. Forgot to give cup for a drink that was order 30 seconds ago. Hope this subway will improve their service. Read more
