I walked in and the Subway worker was chatting with a number of his family members it felt as if I have entered into someone?s... house, not into a public restaurant. They continued to chat even though I was there. The worker said things like ?please tell meyou do not want spinach? which I find strange for him to say. The place was also dirty, trash on the floor. I visit this location often as it?s closest to my house and unfortunately I?m usually met with disappointment. Anytime I order a... 6 inch sandwich they are never 6 inches in length but cut rather small and randomly averaging around 4 inches. I know that theowners are often working themselves and watching the amount of products being used but I would maybe suggest having some sort ofquality control system in place because when I?m paying for a 6 inch sandwich I except just that. The sandwich was not properly made by the lady who served me. I think she needs some training. I ordered"today's special"... which was chicken teriyaki and the lady never put the chicken in it. I caught it at the last second and she put "some" in it. Some of the paper was inside of the bun and it was so lightly and improperly wrapped that it almost feel apart when I took itout. I had all the juices and veggies falling out of the bottom. I don't think I'll be visiting that place any time soon Read more
I had an unpleasant experience with them, when I walked in with my kids and asked for kids menu and I'm told I had to choose... from the posters in the store. There were no other customer but me and my kids, so I asked for help to choose the right food foryoung kid and I was shocked when they said everything is clear in their posters that are provided on the store wall (they werejust pictures with names no more information on the posters). Their customer service was really weak . They didn't listen tocustomers. After that, even though I know Subway is a great brand and this problem was only in that branch, but I don't preferto choose Subway compare to their competitors. their employees don't treat clients respectfully. Very very poor customer service. Steak sub had about half of the meat other subways put. Very disappointed. Rude employee.
It's Subway. You'd think they would be consistent. However, this shop consistently gives me three slices of tomato on a foot... long sub. They never cover the whole thing. Sure, I don't ask them to do it when they make it wrong, but it isn't that hard.Needs more oversight from a regional manager. Read more
