Came with my kids today. Sandwich was good the little blond that works there was amazing and very attentive. Just found it... really sad that she was there alone taking care of everything?.I did eventually see a red head come out, she wasn?t veryfriendly and ignored a lot of the customers which again is sad. This location showed me that you can request new veggies from the back when you have allergies to avoid cross contamination.
Very bad customer service we came 8 minutes before the time to close and was asked rudely by the red coloured hair girl that we... are not serving you and I asked in a nice way that there is still 8 minutes. I saw a cockroach (or some other big brown bug?) openly crawl over the oven several times while my sandwich was being made and... I'm too grossed out to be eating here again. I also work in fast food, the only way bugs would find their way into your store isif your store was near a door outside or entrance. As this Subway is near neither, the only reasonable explanation points topoor hygiene. No hate to the workers though, they work hard and try to smile every time but like. Went in for lunch today around 3:30pm. It wasn?t too busy, I think their lunch rush was pretty much over with. I didn?t know... what to order, so Josh helped me out. He recommended me a ham sandwich with various toppings. It had their house sauce on it. Itwas phenomenal! 10/10 Would eat again, the staff here are awesome! I occasionally buy a sub at this location. I don't like sauces and mustard on my sub so I always ask that they use a clean... knife to cut my sub. One small-minded employee there always makes a comment that all their knives are clean when we can clearlysee some knives on the counter with food residue. Clean up your attitude boy. Be more polite with the customers. Read more
