The tall indian guy that works there never washes his hands until reminded, handles money or the mop or sticks his hand in the... garbage to push it down then goes back to making your sub like nothing happened. When asked to wash or change his gloves hestarts making the sub passive aggressively. Read more

Ordered a sub from skip. Peppercorn ranch. Chicken was very dry. No sauce and hardly any veggies. One of the worst subs I had.... Ate 3 bites, tossed in garbage where it belongs. People work for their money and to pay for something of this caliber is trulydisappointing and disgusting. Certainly will never order from here again. Waste of $$ and time. Read more

Very dissappointed, I got really hungy in the middle of the night so thought to order something online. I ordered a veggie patty... sandwich with melted cheese but got Ham instead. I'm pure vegetarian. Very Bad service. Read more

Ordered 8 subs online, they somehow missed the order receipt so they took more than 1.5 hour to prepare our order. They didn?t... grilled the bread, didn?t use the bread which we ordered. After complaining them about the situation and waiting period, theyresponded that they don?t need customers, also said that don?t ever come to this store. Read more

Ok so when we had our 12 inch subs made, the gentleman in the back went to grab some olives from the back when he noticed they... were running out. He came back and continued making our subs without changing his gloves. Is it just me, or is that not a greatidea? We promptly asked him to change his gloves and he did but without saying a word. Let's face it, when your getting paidminimum wage, service isn't going to be your top priority. But....I do give our minimum wage workers a big thumbs ???? up forworking hard every day. They have some of the toughest jobs and some are doing it with a smile on their face ???? Thank you! Read more
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered on Uber eats for pick up please explain how you make a steak and cheese sub with no... cheese. Not only that but both of the subs were missing stuff and it was 90% lettuce. When I called to tell them I spent thefirst 20 minutes arguing because they were trying to tell me I was wrong and never ordered there it wasn?t until I threatened togo there did they admit that now they saw my order. They are rude and clueless save yourself the headache and just go to subwayson Merivale. Read more
Came in Tonight looking to get a Tuna sub sandwich, entered the door to greet the younger indian woman and was ignored she just... stared at me for like 2 minutes I guess a "welcome to subway what can I get for you" isn't good enough for her, I was kindaalready annoyed by her ignoring me and not greeting me so while she just looked at me while I order, I decided to be petty andstare at her and not say anything, after a while she finally asked me for my order and she made my sandwich with a knife insteadof a scoop. got little to no tuna and was overall a bad experience don't think I'll be returning. Un-sanitary. poor customerservice. bad proportioning. Read more
