I have tried many Subway locations before this location but yesterday my life changed forever I came to this location where the... absolute angel named Alexa works. She just is a total artist and has 100% mastered the craft of sandwich making she gave megreat recommendations for my sub and added many many many many many extra pickles and we love that. Alexa is sooooo kind and youcan tell how much effort she puts into every sandwich and how much she cares about customer satisfaction overall 10/10experience. I will definitely be coming back here every second day because Alexa changed my life. Read more

When I tell... you driving the 2 hours to get my sub made by this employ was worth it. My sub turned out a bit messy?but the passion she putinto it made my day even better. Definitely coming back to this location for sure!! I would even recommend flying out to thislocation for her service ???? Read more

I went to get dinner for my family for my two kids foot longs and my husband when I came to order my dinner (salad) they told me... due to the shortage of lettuce I can not have a salad they already started my families foot longs so I went along with itanyways. But super disappointed I had to order my salad on skip and eat alone n pay more to have it delivered to me makesabsolutely no sense what so ever And to top it off both lettuce containers at Subway were full to the top of lettuce !!! My kids and I love Subway. Unfortunately, the location on Tenth Line/Innes is always a disappointment. We've ordered online and... requested and paid for extra items and they are never added. When we called, all they did was apologize. And then it happenedagain. When we go in to order, even if there are only a couple of people ahead of us, it always takes around 20-30 minutes. Thelast time I went, the lineup was all the way to the door! I hope the service will improve one day. Read more

GOT THE WRONG SUB! It?s currently 8h15 PM there was one hard working lady and another one who was always shouting at the guy in... the back ?change the music? and she did my sub well but at the cash she was so distracted that she gave me the sub of the othercustomer, what a shame! When u arrive home from a hard day you want the sub u ordered ???? I called not once but twice and noone answered and I live too far to go back! Don?t recommend, I?ll stick to my subway location in the sobeys plaza. Read more
