Ordered 4 meals for delivery. Paid extra for white meat on 1 of 2 hot chicken sandwiches but got dark meat for both. There was... barely any meat on either of them and the bread was not fresh. Feeling like this is a trend there it?s not the first time forthese issues. Read more

Great service and food quality. Never wait more than a few minutes to receive our food. My only gripe is the floors.... they... are so slippery and dangerous. Read more
This is our 2nd time dining in and the 2nd time being served by Manny M. My parents are late-80s; my mother is legally blind and... my father has dementia. Our server instinctively knew that this would be a slow process. He was beyond respectful and patientand gave us impeccable attention, service and positive energy. Swiss Chalet is simply amazing. The menu is simple but strong. Super delicious chicken but as a pork fan I'd rather go for... ribs. A must try. Read more

The food quality is your average Swiss chalet but the fries are exquisite They run out of special desserts before theend of the day, e.g. pumpkin pie It is not the cleanest, chicken pieces below some tables Some of the waiting staff weren'tfully attentive, asked for napkins none came Overall an acceptable experience for a Saturday night Read more
