Placed an order online and like always, never receive what is on the order. Missing the 4 dinner rolls, mashed potatoes and the... 4 festive coupons. But did receive the very dry and cold spicy fries. The Rice Pilaf was very good once you added a few drops ofwater and then put it in the microwave to get it hot. Feels like when you place a order for delivery that you receive all thekitchen leftovers and not worth the price they charge. The paperwork with the order even had circled in red the items that weremissing. Read more

Have been going to this location since I was 10. I have never had to ask 3 different people to take our order after having... waited 20 min -Despite it being not busy. The server finally came over and said she didn?t know she was our server when Iclearly saw the girl who seated us tell her 3x and point in our direction. To top it all off I found a blonde hair in my friesso left my meal without finishing it. I will never go back to this location and for sanitary reasons maybe neither should you. Read more

If you want to eat this damaged dry chicken, pay high prices, wait for too long, and receive the wrong order that's the place to... go to (or to order from). Follow-up: The restaurant has offered us a partial credit since they couldn't find my order number,which is appreciated. I will not take it since Uber has already refunded me for this order. Ordered a meal for delivery with coconut cream pies for our dessert. They deliver the food and instead of coconut cream pies,... they decide on their own, without even a phone call to give an update, pumpkin pie, which we don?t like. Called the store back.The manager said they didn?t have coconut cream pie. They didn?t bother to phone and give us a choice of another dessert. Thenthe manager states she will send us a gift card in the mail for the mistake. She asked if she could phone back to get ouraddress?that was two weeks ago and nothing. Read more

If I could rate this restaurant Zero Stars I would. I ordered two hours ahead through the app for pick up. When I arrived the... lobby was crowded with customers waiting to order or pick up. My order wasn't ready and I had to wait 50 minutes to receive it.The order was also missing items. I was given various excuses as "staff called in sick" to "we're very busy" This is the secondconsecutive time my pick up order wasn't ready. The staff seem overwhelmed, under-trained and are unable to keep up with orders.I won't be back. The whole concept of ordering ahead is so your food is ready when you arrive. Absolute service failure on every level except the automated ordering phase. Never got our food and no one cared. The customer... service response suggests I'm meant to be grateful they're not charging me for this. Ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich + poutine for pick up @ 7pm. It wasn't ready until 7:20pm and when I tried to talk to a staff... member about it he completely ignored me, didn't even look at me. I got home and I had a quarter chicken meal. It's now 8pm andI am still waiting for my order. Not impressed to say the least. Read more
