If I could 0 stars - ordered a tom yum soup added coconut milk, tofu and veggies. The order was. Lose to $20 - and the broth... tasted like water. It was for takeout. Anytime I get this soup for takeout the noodles are packaged separately. They were in thesoup - when I got home, which is five minutes away the noodles had absorbed so much of the broth that they had no texture andwere all about 2 inches long. Never ever ordering from Thai express again. This location used to be good quality - not anymore,especially for the price. Editing my review to include: I sent in information as per thai express? request below. Theyresponded asking for more details including payment Information. And then no response back from them. I've ordered the same dish at multiple locations in the city, but the St. Laurent mall location is by far the best. They always... make it with lots of thick, tasty sauce and meat, while others have left me disappointed with little sauce stuck at the bottomand sticky noodles. The staff are also very polite. 0 stars. I have went here every week or so for over a year and have loved their thai soup. Until today when I noticed flakes of... black which normally aren't in the soup.. when I looked closer there was bugs in my soup. And I had eaten at least a 1/4 of it.I went back for a refund and to inform them and they proceeded to argue that I was lying and that it wasn't from the soup. Stillserving it as we speak. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible customer service and terrible management. I will never eat here again. Read more

my dish tasted good, but every single order me and my boyfriend got was wrong. the beef in his was undercooked and we asked for... an springroll, but got an inperial roll even after he corrected her. 2 stars because my tasted good even though it was wrong. Read more

The food was dry and has no sauce .I ordered chicken fried rice it barley had chicken and rice tasted bad dry. It is not the... first time I order from them and I was disappointed again. I do not recommend and I think this is the last time for me. Read more

Just ordered food from here.... I came to my car opened it up took the first bite of the general Thai chicken, and immediately... spate it out. I eat often at Thai express never this location, I have never had general Thai chicken tastes so chewy and fattyfrom any location I have been too. The chicken in this meal is always crispy and never chewy and fatty.... honestly didn?t thinkit was chicken. Tried like three more pieces just incase it was just that one, and nope they all tasted like that veryunpleasant texture and taste. I then asked for a full refund on my meal, which I was given amongst also being told that therehas never been a complaint before ???? find that hard to believe when this location has less than a 3 star rating. I normally don't do reviews for fast food places, but the customer service at Thai Express at St-Laurent the last time I was... there was phenomenal. They accidentally took one of my orders wrong. When we told them, they made us a brand new meal, let uskeep the one they made wrong and also gave us a free water. Mistakes happen and that's okay, but they definitely made up for it.All three meals we ended up getting were great (as they always are!). Read more
